Shipping Policy

At NYEKA, we aim to keep you informed every step of the way. Once your order is placed on our website and confirmed via email, we will begin processing it within 24 to 48 hours.

Please note the following delivery timelines:

  • Lagos-bound orders: 3-8 business days

  • Orders outside Lagos: 3-14 business days

 

Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. We partner with GIG Logistics, a trusted delivery company in Nigeria, to ensure safe and timely delivery.

 

To avoid any delays, please ensure that your delivery details are entered correctly during checkout. NYEKA is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Return & Exchange Policy

At NYEKA, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Although we do not currently offer refunds, we take full responsibility for any inaccurately delivered or damaged products.

If you receive a product that is inaccurately delivered or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to promptly process an exchange and send you a replacement item. We will also cover all delivery costs for such an exchange.

Please note that we will not be able to process any exchange for products that have been damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery. Also, exchanges will only be processed for products that are returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were delivered.
